Try this on your next airplane trip: arrive at the airport very early so there is no rush, feel the release as you let go of your bag during check in, note the level of attention required of the employees working security, eat and drink something, go to the bathroom, sit calmly at the gate even after your flight is called, wait to board with the last group of passengers, allow your carry on to be checked so others can have room in the overhead bins, give up your aisle seat for a middle seat so a family can be together, just sit quietly for the takeoff, don't turn on a screen of any kind, make a drawing or two, meditate, just sit, note your sensations during landing, be amongst the last to exit the plane, pick up your bags from baggage claim at the same time as everyone else.
