in the morning sitting or afternoons driving in the car,
ruminating and constantly sieving impulses for a gold nugget,
a familiar warmth in the brain, an inside smile,
a memory of a plan once explored emerges
with new relevance, new energy, new interest,
as if the artwork was finally ready to be worked on again
