12.11.2016 Vortex studies. Maybe it's the imminent polar vortex weather pattern about to plunge the northeastern US into sub-zero temperatures, or the the giant whirlpool of political verbiage that has lately dragged under decorum, or this week's soul-searching machinations that have altered what I call 'being me', but these images of turbulent flow have lately reappeared in my drawings as energy reversing archetypes; flow features that symbolize sweeping, revolutionary change.
